Amazon Web Services (AWS) is looking for a Customer Success Representative to support U.S. Government (USG) and enterprise customers. In this role, you’ll handle complex account and billing issues, provide training and support, and help improve customer interactions with AWS services. You’ll collaborate with AWS teams to resolve customer issues, act as the Voice of the Customer, and contribute to projects aimed at enhancing the customer experience.
Basic Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree or certifications (A+, Network+, Security+)
- 1+ year experience in customer service/account management
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph
Preferred Qualifications:
- Leadership or account management experience
- Experience in cloud computing concepts
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills
