Senior Business Development Manager
Join Microsoft’s AI team to lead strategic partnerships in the Energy sector. As the Senior Business Development Manager, you’ll collaborate with internal teams and top Energy ISVs to drive AI solutions, address industry challenges, and grow the AI platform. This role involves identifying partnership opportunities, leading business model innovation, and negotiating impactful deals. You’ll also work closely with senior executives to shape the future of the Energy industry through AI.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in business development, consulting, or strategy within the energy industry
- Knowledge of AI applications in energy and experience with hyper-scale cloud technologies
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
Responsibilities:
- Drive partnerships, business strategy, and AI-driven solutions in the Energy sector
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop solutions and grow Microsoft’s market position
- Lead complex negotiations and manage deal execution

Salary: $103,800 – $200,300 annually
