Overview:
Microsoft AI (MAI) is looking for a Senior Recruiter to join the AI Copilot GTA squad. This role is perfect for someone with positive energy, multitasking skills, and a passion for recruiting top talent for Microsoft’s AI division. You’ll help accelerate the growth of MAI by identifying and recruiting exceptional candidates in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of recruiting strategies for the MAI division.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and deliver talent solutions.
- Analyze data to create and execute hiring plans that meet business goals.
- Attract top talent by highlighting Microsoft’s unique career opportunities.
- Manage the candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Optimize recruiting policies, systems, and processes.
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of talent acquisition experience (recruiting, sourcing, HR).
- 3+ years of experience in AI recruiting or sourcing.
- Ability to communicate with executives and lead in ambiguous environments.
- Preferred: 12+ years of talent acquisition experience or 8+ years with a Master’s degree.
Compensation:
- U.S. base salary: $103,800 – $200,300 (higher in San Francisco Bay Area and NYC).
